1. Agreement

By using Sokira, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Sokira is provided by Sokira, LLC.

2. Who can use Sokira

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are 13–17, a parent or guardian must provide verified consent before you use the app. By using Sokira you confirm you meet these requirements, and if you're a consenting parent or guardian, that you have authority to consent for your teen.

3. What Sokira is, and what it isn't

Sokira is a supportive, voice-first companion for focus and follow-through. Sokira is not a medical device, a healthcare or mental-health provider, a diagnostic tool, or a crisis or emergency service. It does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Never disregard or delay professional advice because of something in the app.

If you are in crisis or may be in danger, contact your local emergency number, or a crisis line in your region (for example, in the U.S. you can call or text 988). Availability and services vary by location.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Sign-in is handled through Apple. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

5. Subscriptions, trial, and billing

Sokira offers a 7-day free trial, then a subscription of $14.99/month or $99/year. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple account. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends, it renews automatically at the then-current price. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple subscription settings; deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app, including using it unlawfully, attempting to break or probe its security, interfering with its operation, or using it to harm others.

7. Your content

The tasks, notes, and conversations you create are yours. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate and provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

Sokira is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate or suitable for your situation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sokira, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) Sokira.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or to protect the service or others. You may stop using Sokira and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
